FINAL ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On or about February 28, 2011, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities filed an Administrative Complaint charging Respondent Quest Citrus Group Home with one count of violating Florida law and Administrative Rules and seeking a fine in the amount of $500.00. The Administrative Complaint was based on the fact that a DCF Abuse Investigation was closed with Verified Findings.

On July 8, 2011, counsel for Petitioner filed a Motion for Relinquishment of Jurisdiction and Closing File. The basis of the Motion was that the Administrative Complaint had been withdrawn after the DCF Abuse investigation Report was changed to No Indicators. On July 12, 2011, the ALJ issued an Order Relinquishing Jurisdiction and Closing File.

Based on the foregoing and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED that Respondent's request for an administrative hearing is DISMISSED and this case is closed.
