FINAL ORDER
This matter came before the Department for entry of a Final Order upon submission of an Order Relinquishing Jurisdiction and Closing File by William F. Quattlebaum, an Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, entered October 7, 2011. The Department hereby adopts the Order Closing File as its Final Order in this matter. Said Order Closing File was predicated upon Petitioner's notice of dismissal without prejudice of the Amended Complaint contesting the intended denial of Respondent's application for licensure.
Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Petitioner's application for licensure as a DUI Program in the 13th Judicial Circuit is denied.
