Petitioner is the state agency charged with regulating the operation of public lodging establishments and public food service establishments, pursuant to Section 20.165 and Chapter 509, Florida Statutes. 2. Respondent is, and has been at all times material hereto, licensed by or subject to the jurisdiction of the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. The respondent's business address of record is 5407 W IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL HWY,-KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA 34746.The mailing address of record is MAIN GATE FLEA MARKET FOOD COURT #1, at 212 RIOMENA COURT, ORLANDO, FLORIDA 32809, 3, Inspection of this establishment conducted pursuant to Sec. 509.032, Florida Statutes, revealed violations of the provisions of Chapter 509, Florida Statutes, and / or the rules promulgated thereto governing operation of the establishment. The violation(s) found and applicable law are described In Exhibit "A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Inspection documents are attached as Exhibit “B”, incorporated herein by reference. THERE WAS A WET WIPING CLOTH NOT STORED IN THE SANITIZING SOLUTION BETWEEN USES. * 7, 22-28-1 4-601.11(A) FC: EQUIPMENT FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES AND UTENSILS SHALL BE CLEAN TO SIGHT AND TOUCH. . THE INTERIOR OF THE REACH IN COOLER WAS SOILED WITH AN ACCUMULATION OF FOOD RESIDUE. 8. 24-11-17 4-903.11(A) AND (B) FC:: (A) EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED IN PARAGRAPH (D) OF THIS SECTION, CLEANED EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS, LAUNDERED LINENS, AND SINGLE-SERVICE AND SINGLE-USE ARTICLES SHALL BE STORED: (1) IN A CLEAN, DRY LOCATION; (2) WHERE THEY ARE NOT EXPOSED TO SPLASH, DUST, OR OTHER CONTAMINATION; AND (3) AT LEAST 6 INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR. (B) CLEAN EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS SHALL BE STORED AS SPECIFIED UNDER PARAGRAPH (A) OF THIS SECTION AND SHALL BE STORED: (1) INA SELF-DRAINING POSITION THAT ALLOWS AIR DRYING; AND (2) COVERED OR INVERTED. SALAD BAR PLATES AND BOWLS WERE NOT PROPERLY PROTECTED OR INVERTED TO PREVENT POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION. 9. 29-05-1 6-306.10 FC:: AVAILABILITY. A SERVICE SINK OR CURBED CLEANING FACILITY SHALL BE PROVIDED AS SPECIFIED UNDER CHAPTER 5-203.13 FC; AND 5-203.13 FC: AT LEAST 1 SERVICE SINK OR 1 CURBED CLEANING FACILITY EQUIPPED WITH A FLOOR DRAIN SHALL BE PROVIDED AND CONVENIENTLY LOCATED FOR THE CLEANING OF MOPS OR SIMILAR WET FLOOR CLEANING TOOLS AND FOR THE DISPOSAL OF MOP WATER AND SIMILAR LIQUID WASTE.
