FINAL ORDER REJECTING ALL BIDS AND DISMISSING PROTEST
Upon the filing of the Uncontested Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction by the Department in this cause on January 6, 2012, Administrative Law Judge James H; Peterson, 111, entered an Order Relinquishing Jurisdiction and Closing File on January 9, 2012.
The Department hereby rejects all bids for Invitation to Negotiate 2011-38, and shall notify Respondents to the procurement accordingly. The Formal Written Protest and Petition for Administrative Hearing in this matter is hereby dismissed, and the protest bond shall be released.
DISPOSITION
WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED, that the Department rejects all bids for Invitation to Negotiate 2011-38, and the Formal Written Protest and Petition for Administrative Hearing is dismissed.
