FINAL ORDER
During the years 2010 through 2014, Orders Closing File and Orders Relinquishing Jurisdictions were issued in Division of Administrative Hearing cases listed in Exhibit 1, with no exceptions or objections filed in response thereto . In each of these cases, the Department rescinded its determination to impose the administrative fines. Each case was effectively closed by the Department's Motion to Dismiss and subsequent inaction in response to the Order Closing File and Order Relinquishing Jurisdiction. However, none of these cases were formally closed by a Department final order. In order to formally close these cases for the record, this final Order Closing Files is being issued to close each of those cases.
Therefore, based on the foregoing, each case listed in Exhibit 1 to this Final Order Closing Files is hereby CLOSED.
