2. On December 27, 2012, Respond ent filed a Request for Administrative Hearing at the Division of Administrative Hearings. (SEE EXHIBIT 2)

3. On April 8, 2013, Respondent sent a letter to Judge Powell, requesting to withdraw his petition for hearing. (SEE EXHIBIT 3)

4. On April 10, 2013, Administrative Law Judge Errol Powell issued an Order Closing File. (SEE EXHIBIT 4)
