Public Health Service, Food and Drug Administration, as incorporated by Chapter 61C, FAC in the following particulars. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall, be controlled to minimize their presence on the PREMISES by: (A) Routinely Inspecting incoming shipments: of FOOD and supplies; (B) Routinely inspecting the PREMISES for evidence of pests; (C) Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest contro! as specified under Sections 7-202. 12, 7-206.12, and 7-206,.13; and (D) Eliminating harborage conditions. Failure to maintain the establishment in a pest free manner as evidenced by the vermin infestation inside the facility. On 12/04/12, numerous fresh rodent droppings were observed throughout the establishment including eleven at the front counter under the first service table, three on a shelf on the second service table, five on the side of and inside the wine rack, five under the ice machine, nine under the cooler, and three stuck to the wall by the rear door. Additionally, old rodent droppings were observed at the front counter on a shelf, on the side of the wine rack, and on the catch tray of the stove.
