FINAL ORDER
Having reviewed the Amended Administrative Complaint and all other matters of record, the Agency for Health Care Administration finds and concludes as follows:
The Agency has jurisdiction over the above-named Respondent pursuant to Chapters 400, Part 483 and 408, Part II, Florida Statutes, and the applicable authorizing statutes and administrative code provisions.
The Agency issued the Respondent an Amended Administrative Complaint (Ex. 1). The parties have entered into the attached Settlement Agreement (Ex. 2). The Settlement Agreement is approved and adopted as part of this Final Order.
Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED:
The parties shall comply with the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
The Amended Administrative Complaint is withdrawn.
Any requests for an administrative hearing are withdrawn. The parties shall bear their own costs and attorney's fees. This matter is closed.
