This cause came on to be considered pursuant to the initial filing by Conway Lakes NC, LLC d/b/a Conway Lakes Health & Rehabilitation Center ("Conway Lakes") of a Petition for Formal Administrative Proceedings to challenge the Agency's preliminary decision to approve CON Application No. 10315 filed by LP Orlando, LLC to establish a 180-bed community nursing home in Orange County , Sub-district 7-2.

On March 16, 2015, Conway Lakes filed its Notice of Voluntary Dismissal.

On April 13, 2015, DOAH filed an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction.

IT IS ORDERED

That the above referenced case is hereby closed.
