On February 24, 2014, the above client/applicant requested a hearing pursuant to sections 120.569 and 120.57, Florida Statutes, to contest an Agency determination. The request was transmitted to the Division of Administrative Hearings for assignment of an administrative law judge. The Petitioner failed to appear at the hearing on October 20, 2015, as a result, Respondent filed an oral Motion to Dismiss and to Relinquish Jurisdiction Back to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities. On October 21, 2015, the Division of Administrative Hearings closed its file and Relinquished Jurisdiction to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities. A copy of the Order Closing File is attached (Exhibit A) and incorporated herein.

It is, therefore, ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED. The Agency's file in this matter is closed.
