FINAL ORDER CLOSING FILE


On August 3, 2015, the above client/applicant requested a hearing pursuant to sections 120.569 and 120.57, Florida Statutes, to contest an Agency determination. The request was transmitted to the Division of Administrative Hearings for assignment of an administrative law judge (ALJ). On September 14, 2015, the ALJ issued an Order Granting Continuance and requested a case status. No responses were filed by either party. Therefore, on September 24, 2015, the Division of Administrative Hearings closed its file and Relinquished Jurisdiction to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities. A copy of the Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction is attached (Exhibit A) and incorporated herein.

It is, therefore, ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED. The Agency's file in this


matter is closed.

NOTICE OF RIGHT TO APPEAL

The Notices must be filed within thirty (30) days of the rendition of this final order.1
