FINAL ORDER


THIS CAUSE is before the State of Florida, Agency for Health Care Administration ("the Agency") concerning the denial of Certificate of Need ("CON") 10370 filed by Hospice of Citrus County, Inc. d/b/a Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast ("HOCC") to establish a new hospice program in Hospice Service Area 3D, Hernando County, Florida.

  1. On August 24, 2015, the Agency published its decision denying HOCC's CON Application No. 10370.

  2. On September 14, 2015, HOCC filed a Petition for Formal Administrative Hearing with the Agency contesting the denial of its CON Application No. 10370. The Agency referred the Petition to the Division of Administrative Hearings.

  3. On October 7, 2015, HOCC filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. Thereafter, the case was closed.

It is therefore ORDERED:


1. The denial of CON Application 10370 is UPHELD.

NOTICE OF RIGHT TO JUDICIAL REVIEW
