On or about 11/3/2015, you, the aforementioned licensee, holding a license issued by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, or your agent(s), officer(s), servant(s), or employee(s), to wit: MD Hossain, did unlawfully on your premises, fail to purchase cigarettes, to wit: Marlboro, Newport, and a variety of other brands of cigarettes, for retail purposes from other than a person holding a wholesale dealer permit, this act being contrary to and in violation of section 210.15(1)(h), Florida Statutes, within 210.16, Florida Statutes. 2. On or about 11/20/2015, you, the aforementioned licensee, holding a license issued by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, or your agent(s), officer(s), servant(s), or employee's), to wit: MD Hossain, did fail to maintain all purchases.of alcoholic beverages for a period of 3 years or failed to produce such records to the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco within 14 days of request for such records, this act being contrary to and in violation of section 561,55(3)(b), Florida Statutes, within section 561.29(1)(a), Florida Statutes. 3. On or about 11/3/2015, you, the aforementioned licensee, holding a license issued by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, or your agent(s), officer(s), servant(s), or employee(s), to wit: MD Hossain, did unlawfully on your premises , fail to maintain and keep for a period of 3 years at the place of business where any transaction takes place, such records of cigarettes received, sold, or delivered within the state as may be required by the division, this act being contrary to and in violation of section 210.09(3), Florida Statutes, within 210.16, Florida Statutes. 4.
