On or about March 28, 2016, you, DHAABA LLC, d/b/a JASSAL LIQUORS, holding a license issued by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, failed to remit to the Division the state tax paid and/or reports as to each gallon or fraction thereof of beverages sold under the Beverage Law, on or before the 10th day of each month, for all beverages sold during the previous calendar month, to wit: payments for November 2015, December 2015, January 2016, and February 2016, this act being contrary to and in violation of section 561.50(1), Florida Statutes, within section 561.29(1)(a), Florida Statutes. 2.
