FINAL ORDER
This cause came to the Department from an Order dated June 19, 2017, Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction from the Honorable Robert S. Cohen, Division of Administrative Hearings, and the Parties having entered into a Settlement Agreement dated June 16, 2017, which terms appear reasonable and acceptable to the Department. Therefore, the terms of the Settlement Agreement, a copy of which is attached, is approved and incorporated into this Final Order. The parties are directed to abide by the Settlement according to its terms.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Settlement Agreement is
hereby incorporated into this Final Order and therefore, this case is closed.

NOTICE OF APPEAL RIGHTS
A party adversely affected by this final order may seek judicial review as provided in section 120.68, Florida Statutes, and Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.190. Judicial review is initiated by filing a notice of appeal with the Agency Clerk, and a copy of the notice of appeal, accompanied by the filing fee, with the appropriate district court of appeal. The notice of appeal must conform to the requirements of Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.110(d), and must be filed (i.e., received by the Agency Clerk) within thirty days of rendition of this final order.
