This matter came before the Department for entry of a Final Order upon submission of Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction by the Honorable Cathy M. Sellers, Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, and the Parties having entered into a Settlement Agreement dated June 16, 2017.
Therefore, the terms of the Settlement Agreement, as well as the Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction, copies of which are attached hereto, are incorporated by reference into this Final Order.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that this case is CLOSED. DONE AND ORDERD this U'f'1 day of November, 2017.
