FINAL ORDER OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA


THIS CAUSE having been heard by The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida , at its regular meeting of September 5, 2018, and upon the Recommended Order issued by the duly appointed Administrative Law Judge recommending that the School Board enter a Final Order finding that there was insufficient cause to uphold the suspension without pay and initiation of dismissal proceedings against Respondents and award ing Respondents back pay and accumulated benefits, it is thereupon ordered by The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, that:

  1. The Administrative Law Judge's findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation are adopted as the Final Order of The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida ;


  2. Respondents shall be reinstated and receive back pay and accumulated benefits for the period of their suspension.

DONE AND ORDERED this _0o_ day of January, 2019.
