This matter comes before the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for entry of a final order upon submission of three Orders Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction issued May 20, 2019, by the Honorable Lawrence P. Stevenson, Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, in DOAH Case Nos. 19-0620 (St. Johns County), 19-0621 (Clay County), and 19-0622 (Duval County), based on the Petitioner’s letter withdrawing the request for administrative hearing filed May 17, 2019, copies of which are attached and incorporated by reference in this order.

Upon review of the Orders and records in the above-styled cases, and being fully advised in the premises, the Department hereby dismisses the petitions. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the cases are CLOSED.

A party adversely affected by this final order may seek judicial review as provided in section 120.68, Florida Statutes, and Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.190.
