FINAL ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER comes before the undersigned for the purpose of issuing a Final Order of Dismissal in accordance with the previsions of section 120.569(] ), Florida Statutes. Having considered the pleadings and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the undersigned finds:
On June 18, 2019, Petitioner, Jose R. Marquez, fiJed a petition with the Department disputing a denial of certain Jife insurance benefits.
The petition alleged a dispute of material fact and was referred to the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) on July 29, 2019; tbereafter,prospectil'e insurance coverage was approved by the Division of State Group Insurance and the Petitioner paid his first month's premium on August 20, 2019.
On August 22, 2019, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Relinquish .Jurisdiction and an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction was issued by DOAH on the same day.
There are no remaining issues of fact or law in dispute in this case.
Having considered the foregoing, and being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
l. Petitioner ' s petitio n for hearing is hereby DISMISSED.
2. This Final Order shall become effective on the date of filing with the Agency Clerk
