THIS CAUSE concerns a Formal Protest Petition (Exhibit 1) that the Petitioner filed on August 17, 2020, protesting the Agency for Health Care Administration's decision not to award Petitioner its Enterprise Data Warehouse contract.

On September 16, 2020, the Petitioner filed its Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice (Exhibit 2) with the Division of Administrative Hearings.

Based on the foregoing,

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
