THIS CAUSE concerns International Business Machines Corporation's Fonnal Written Protest and Petition for Fonnal Administrative Proceedings (Exhibit 1) that the Petitioner filed on August 14, 2020, protesting the Agency for Health Care Administ ration' s decision not to award Petitioner its Enterprise Data Warehouse contract.

On September 22, 2020, the Petitioner filed International Business Machines Corporation's Notice of Voluntary Dismissal (Exhibit 2) with the Division of Administrative Hearings.

Based on the foregoing,

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:

Petitioner' s International Business Machines Corporation' s Formal Written Protest and Petition for Formal Administrative Proceedings is hereby dismissed, and this matter is now closed.
