Summary: On November 15, 1915, a judgment was entered in the Circuit Court of Madison County against appellant and others as defendants in favor of Jos. Rosenheim Shoe Company, a corporation of Georgia. Within the three years allowed by statute, the said company obtained an execution on said judgment and placed the same in the hands of the sheriff. The record in this cause having been considered by the Court, and the foregoing opinion prepared under Chapter 14553, Acts of 1929, adopted by the Court as its opinion, it is considered, ordered, and decreed by the Court that the decree of the court below should be, and the same is hereby reversed.
