In my judgment the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict as to Tolbert Tucker. There is no evidence to connect him with the larceny itself, and he is not charged with receiving stolen goods. As to Tolbert Tucker I think the judgment should be reversed. As to Park Tucker, I concur in the conclusion that the judgment should be affirmed.
