I concur in the judgment, and also in all of the able foregoing opinion save the last five paragraphs, which, as I see it, unduly expound the *Page 520 doctrine of respondeat superior as heretofore construed by this Court in Warner v. Goding, 91 Fla. 260, 107 So. 2d 406, and other cases decided by this Court, as well as in the Alabama case cited of Dowdell v. Beasley, 205 Ala. 130, 87 So. 2d 18.
