Summary: PER CURIAM. Consistent with the Florida Parole Commission's concession of error, the petition for writ of certiorari is GRANTED. The circuit court's order denying Santana's petition for writ of mandamus is QUASHED and this matter is REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with Alday v. Fla. Parole Comm'n, 58 So.3d 327 (Fla. 1st DCA 2011). WOLF, CLARK, and RAY, JJ., concur.
