SHERI POLSTER CHAPPELL, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Stipulated Entry and Order Designating Multi-District Litigation Documents into Court Record (Doc. 36) filed on July 25, 2014. This matter was remanded from the Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) U.S. Judicial Panel on September 5, 2013. (See Doc. 17). Thereafter, the Clerk of the Fort Myers Division was provided with the entire Celexa and Lexapro Products Liability MDL record, documents 1 through 664. The Parties met and conferred to stipulate which documents were relevant to the instant litigation. The Parties stipulated that all MDL documents remanded to this Court shall be made part of the remand record, with the exception of documents 8, 21-22, 32, 67, 77, 94, 101, 104-106, 108-111, 117-121, 124-126, 128-129, 132 — 133, 134-135, 137-141, 144, 146-149, 159, 162-163, 169, 171, 174-175, 177, 179-180, 193, 196, 200-203, 206, 209, 218, 220, 225, 232, 236, 238, 248-250, 253, 261, 265-267, 296, 377, 443, 566, 576, 579-580, 595-599, and 622.

Accordingly, it is now

ORDERED:

The Clerk is directed to file the MDL remand materials on the docket. Specifically, the Clerk shall file a short cover letter, as the main document, that addresses it is filing the remanded MDL materials on the docket pursuant to the Parties' stipulation (Doc. 36) and this Court's Order. The cover letter shall specifically refer to MDL #1736 by referencing to the USDC for the Eastern District of Missouri's Clerk of Court's PACER sign in page. Each MDL document shall be filed as a separate attachment to the main document, the cover letter, with the exception of documents 8, 21-22, 32, 67, 77, 94, 101, 104-106, 108-111, 117-121, 124-126, 128-129, 132-133, 134-135, 137-141, 144, 146-149, 159, 162-163, 169, 171, 174-175, 177, 179-180, 193, 196, 200-203, 206, 209, 218, 220, 225, 232, 236, 238, 248-250, 253, 261, 265-267, 296, 377, 443, 566, 576, 579-580, 595-599, and 622.
