Dkt. 979 Emergency Appeal of Magistrate's Order Releasing Material Witness In Fewer Than 72 Hours
The United States of America requests that the Court reverse the Magistrate
Judge's Order allowing material witness Eric Neri to be released at noon on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Secs. 3142 and 3144. The United States of America further requests that the Court stay Eric Neri's release pending a ruling on this Motion.
Witness Eric Neri is to be released at noon on Wednesday, July 20, 2016. After consideration, the Court grants the Motion to Stay the release of Eric Neri pending a ruling on the Emergency Appeal. Accordingly, it is
