This case is before the Court on the Plaintiff's Motion for Final Default Judgment against the Defendant, Transatlantic Lines, LLC, in personam (Doc. 162). On August 13, 2018, the assigned United States Magistrate Judge issued a Report and Recommendation (Doc. 172) recommending that the Motion for Default Judgment, (Doc. 162), and the Motion to Dismiss, (Doc. 158), be granted; that judgment be entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant in the total amount of $314,300, with post-judgment interest to accrue at the statutory rate; that Count I of the Amended Complaint (Doc 15), and Defendant's Counterclaim against Plaintiff, (Doc. 16), be dismissed; and that the Clerk terminate all pending motions and close the file. No party has filed an objection to the Report and Recommendation, and the time in which to do so has passed.
