ORDER ADOPTING MAGISTRATE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
JOSE E. MARTINEZ, District Judge.
THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Report and Recommendation issued by United States Magistrate Judge Peter R. Palermo, on March 14, 2012. The Report and Recommendations recommends to this Court, that counsel Ana M. Davide, Esquire be paid $21,637.50 as a fair and final compensation for her work in this case.
