ORDER ADOPTING MAGISTRATE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

THE MATTER was referred to Magistrate Judge Frank J. Lynch Jr, on August 6, 2013. A Report and Recommendation was filed on August 8, 2013, (D.E.#54), recommending that the Defendant's plea of guilty be accepted. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
The Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Frank J. Lynch Jr, is hereby Adopted and Approved in its entirety.
The Defendant is adjudged guilty to Counts Four and Six of the Indictment which charges the Defendant in Count Four with conspiracy to manufacture and possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance-100 or more plants of marijuana, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 846, 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B); and Count Six which charges the Defendant with possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(c)(1)(A)(ii).
