ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

The Magistrate Judge submitted his Report and Recommendation on Plaintiff's request to reject the settlement of this matter dkt. [178] and Defendants' motions to enforce the settlement agreement. Dkts. [179, 180, & 182.] The parties were afforded due opportunity pursuant to statute and the rules of this Court to file objections; none were filed. The Court, having considered the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, hereby adopts the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, dkt [192]. Defendants are directed to comply with any remaining terms of the parties' settlement agreement, and thereafter notify the Court of such compliance, at which time this matter will be dismissed with prejudice.
