ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

The Magistrate Judge submitted his Report and Recommendation which recommends that Christopher Glass's claims in this matter be dismissed for his repeated failures to comply with the Court's orders, as well as for his failure to keep the Court apprised of his current contact information. The parties were afforded due opportunity pursuant to statute and the rules of this Court to file objections; none were filed. The Court, having considered the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, hereby adopts the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation. Christopher Glass's claims are dismissed and he is terminated from this case.
