ORDER

MONTI L. BELOT, District Judge.

By its memorandum and order of December 3, 2014, this court directed plaintiff to file a proper response to defendant's motion for summary judgment (Doc. 201). On December 10, 2014, plaintiff filed "Objection to Magistrate Judge's Denial Orders and Appeals to Judge Belot" (Doc. 207). Plaintiff contends that he cannot respond to the motion for summary judgment because prison officials destroyed his legal property.

The clerk is directed to send plaintiff copies of dockets 162 and 163 with exhibits so that he may comply with the December 3, 2014 memorandum and order. Plaintiff must respond by January 5, 2015, whether or not this court has ruled on plaintiff's objections to the magistrate's orders. If the court has not ruled, plaintiff may not use this as an excuse for failing to file a complete and proper response, nor may it be used to seek a continuance of the January 5 date. Any failure to comply with the January 5 date will result in dismissal of this case, with prejudice.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
