STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER RE SECOND EXTENSION OF TIME FOR UST TO FILE OBJECTION TO APPLICATION FILED BY ELLIN & TUCKER CHARTERED

THOMAS J. CATLIOTA, Bankruptcy Judge

Ellin & Tucker, Chartered (hereafter "E&T"), and the United States Trustee for Region 4, by and through their respective undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend further the time upon which the United States Trustee can file his objection to the Application for Allowance of Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred by Ellin & Tucker, Chartered as Executive Compensation Advisor to the Trustee for the Period April 25, 2006 through February 28, 2007 (Dkt. No. 486) (hereafter, "Fee Application").

E&T and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Wednesday, January 5, 2011 to file a comment, objection or other responsive pleading to the Fee Application.

WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve and enter this Stipulation and Consent Order.
