STIPULATION RE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR U.S. TRUSTEE TO FILE OBJECTION TO APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO EMPLOY McGUIRE WOODS LLP AS CO-COUNSEL FOR THE OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF UNSECURED CREDITORS
THOMAS J. CATLIOTA, Bankruptcy Judge
Proposed Counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") and the United States Trustee for Region 4, by and through their respective undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend the time upon which the United States Trustee can file his comments or objections to the Application of the Committee for Authority to Employ McGuireWoods LLP as its Co-Counsel (Dkt. No. 147) ("Application to Employ Co-Counsel").
The Committee and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Friday, March 18, 2011, to file a comment, objection or other responsive pleading to the Application to Employ Co-Counsel.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve this agreement and enter it as a Consent Order.
