STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINE TO FILE RESPONSIVE PLEADING

Plaintiff Brian A. Goldman, Trustee (the "Plaintiff") and defendant John A. Daskalakis (the "Defendant"), by their respective undersigned counsel, file this Stipulation and Consent Order Extending Deadline to File Responsive Pleading, and stipulate and agree as follows:
Whereas, on or about May 18, 2011, Plaintiff filed a Complaint to Sell Property Free and Clear of Interests (the "Complaint") against the Defendant;
Whereas, pursuant to a Summons and Notice of Pre-Trial Conference, the deadline for the Defendant to file a response was June 20, 2011;
Whereas, pursuant to a Stipulation and Consent Order approved by this Court on June 21, 2011, the parties extended the June 20, 2011 response date to July 20, 2011;
Whereas, in order to provide time to resolve issues relating to the Complaint, the Plaintiff and the Defendant stipulate and agree that:
1. the deadline for the Defendant to file a response to the Complaint shall be extended through and including August 12, 2011.
