STIPULATION RE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR U.S. TRUSTEE TO FILE OBJECTION TO FIRST APPLICATION OF PACHULSKI STANG ZIEHL & JONES LLP FOR INTERIM COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES
THOMAS J. CATLIOTA, Bankruptcy Judge.
Counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") and the United States Trustee for Region 4, by and through their respective undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend the time upon which the United States Trustee can file his comments or objections to the First Application of Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP, as Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, For Allowance of Interim Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period of January 31, 2011 through May 31, 2011 (D.E. 298) ("First Fee Application").
Counsel for the Committee and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Tuesday, September 20, 2011, to file a comment, objection or other responsive pleading to the First Fee Application.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve this agreement and enter it as a Consent Order.
