WHEREAS, the U.S.Trustee would bring an action under section 727 for denial of discharge, and even though Debtor would contest the allegation the U.S. Trustee would assert, by entering into the Stipulation and Consent Order she makes no admissions to any matters; however, she desires to end the dispute as to her right to a discharge;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Debtor and the U.S. Trustee do agree, stipulate and consent as follows:

1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct;

2. The Debtor, as evidenced by her signature below, hereby voluntarily consents to a waiver of her discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(10); and

3. The Debtor shall not receive a discharge in this case.

Having reviewed the terms and conditions of this Stipulation and Consent Order and finding the terms and conditions contained herein to be reasonable, it is by the United States

Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, SO ORDERED, and the discharge of the Debtor is hereby waived and denied.
