STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER RESOLVING COMPLAINT OF THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE OBJECTING TO DISCHARGE OF DEBTOR

DAVID E. RICE, Bankruptcy Judge.

WHEREAS, on December 31, 2009, Georges Dherlin ("Debtor") filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code;

WHEREAS, on August 2, 2010, the United States Trustee filed a Complaint Objecting To Discharge Of Debtor (the "Complaint") objecting to the Debtor's discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(6);

WHEREAS, Debtor contests the allegations set forth in the U.S. Trustee's Complaint and further states that by entering into this Stipulation and Consent Order Debtor make no admissions to any of the matters or facts set forth therein;

WHEREAS, notwithstanding the foregoing, Debtor and the U.S. Trustee desire to resolve the request for relief pray for in the U.S. Trustee's Complaint by the terms of this Stipulation and Consent Order.

NOW, THEREFORE, Debtor and the U.S. Trustee do agree, stipulate and consent as follows:

1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct;

2. Debtor, as evidenced by his counsel's signature below, hereby voluntarily consents to a denial of his discharges in this case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(6); and

3. Debtor's discharge be and hereby is denied.

Having reviewed the terms and conditions of this Stipulation and Consent Order and finding the terms and conditions contained herein to be reasonable, it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, SO ORDERED.
