CONSENT ORDER ADOPTING STIPULATION AND EXTENDING DEADLINE FOR FILING OF PLAINTIFF/TRUSTEE'S RESPONSE TO MOTION TO DISMISS ADVERSARY COMPLAINT

THOMAS J. CATLIOTA, Bankruptcy Judge.

The above-captioned matter came on before the Court upon the Stipulation for Entry of Order Extending Deadline for Filing of Response to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Adversary Complaint (the "Stipulation"). Upon careful consideration of the same, it is therefore, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland,

ORDERED, that the Stipulation be, and the same hereby is, ADOPTED; and it is further

ORDERED, that the deadline for the filing by the Plaintiff/Trustee of any response to the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Adversary Complaint be, and the same hereby is, EXTENDED through and including March 31, 2012.
