FINAL JUDGMENT

This matter came on to be heard on the Motion to Dismiss [20] filed by Defendant Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Novastar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1 Novastar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed, and sua sponte for case management purposes pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m) and due to Plaintiff Jeremy A.
