ORDER

GRAHAM C. MULLEN, Senior District Judge.

THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte regarding Defendant's conditions of release. Defendant is currently on home incarceration with electronic monitoring. On December 2, 2014, the Court held a hearing on this matter and amended Defendant's conditions to include an exception that she be allowed to leave her home for work-related activities with the advance permission of the U.S. Probation Office. (See Doc. No. 786). Since that hearing, the Court has reconsidered the appropriate conditions of release given Defendant's circumstances and amends her conditions of release to include the following additions:

(1) The Defendant is permitted to leave her residence each day from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. in order to care for her elderly mother at 1829 Jennings Street, Charlotte, NC.

(2) The Defendant is permitted to leave her residence each Sunday to attend church services at Freedom Ministries of Jesus Christ, 2230 West Sugar Creek Road, Charlotte, NC from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

All other conditions shall remain in place.
