MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

COMES NOW Attorney Elizabeth B. Smith from the law firm of McGrath North Mullin & Kratz, PC LLO, and hereby moves this Court for an Order allowing her to withdraw as counsel of record for TD Ameritrade Clearing, Inc. ("TDAC") and Scottrade, Inc. ("Scottrade") in the above-referenced matter for the reason that she will no longer be associated with the firm McGrath North Mullin & Kratz, PC LLO, effective April 21, 2017. TDAC and Scottrade have been made aware of her withdrawal and have no objection. Attorney William F. Hargens will continue to appear as counsel for TDAC and Scottrade.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully requests that the Court enter an Order allowing Attorney Elizabeth B. Smith to withdraw as counsel for TDAC and Scottrade, and granting such other and further relief it deems appropriate.
