STIPULATION AND ORDER DISMISSING WITH PREJUDICE
PHILIP M. PRO, District Judge.
Plaintiff Dr. Bruce Butcher and Defendants Advanced Mineral Technologies, Inc., Philip Cash, Gary Mason, Cletius Rogers, and Bil Zeleny, have reached a settlement agreement and hereby stipulate and agree to dismiss this action, including all claims, counterclaims, and cross-claims, with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a), with each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs incurred herein.
ORDER
Pursuant to the Stipulation of the parties herein,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-entitled action, including all claims, counterclaims, and cross-claims, is dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own Court costs and attorneys' fees.
