Plaintiff David Arteaga respectfully requests that the Court grant this unopposed motion to extend the deadline for plaintiff to file his motion for remand and/or reversal from February 27, 2015, to and including April 28, 2015, with all other dates in the Court's scheduling order extended accordingly.
This is Plaintiff's first request for an extension. Plaintiff David Arteaga has advised counsel that he wishes to proceed with new counsel. On Mr. Arteaga's behalf, counsel respectfully requests the granting of this unopposed motion for the proper briefing of this matter. This request is made in good faith with no intention to unduly delay the proceedings. Counsel has conferred with defendant's counsel who had no opposition to this motion.
