Defendant, Carolyn W. Colvin, through her undersigned counsel of record, requests the approval of the Court, to extend the time for Defendant to file Defendant's Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Reversal and/or Remand to April 18, 2015. This is Defendant's second request for an extension.
An extension of time is needed because of Defendant counsel's heavy caseload. Counsel is also reviewing the case to consider settlement. Counsel sincerely apologizes to the court for any inconvenience this may have had upon it or its staff.
Counsel for Plaintiff has indicated, via telephone, that this motion to extend the time to file is not opposed.
