COMES NOW Plaintiff ROSA FREEDMAN, by and through her attorney of record, Keith E. Galliher, Esq. and George Kunz, Esq. of The Galliher Law Firm; Defendant/Cross-Complainant, THE VONS COMPANIES, INC. by and through its attorney of record, Jack P. Burden, Esq. of the law office of Backus, Carranza & Burden and PARAMOUNT BUILDING SOLUTIONS, by and through its attorney of record, Sharon A. Parker, Esq. of the law firm of Springel & Fink, LLP, hereby stipulate to dismiss all claims and cross claims that have been brought and/or could have been brought in the above titled litigation with prejudice.
This dismissal does completely resolve this entire matter.
Plaintiff and Defendants hereby further stipulate and agree that each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
This stipulation is entered into in good faith, in the interests of judicial economy and not for the purpose of delay.
ORDER
Based on the parties' stipulation, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED with prejudice, each side to bear its own fees and costs. All pending motions are DENIED as moot. The Clerk of Court is instructed to CLOSE THIS CASE.
