Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiff Tiffany Ashraf and Defendant Nevada Title and Payday Loans, Inc., by their respective counsel, hereby voluntarily stipulate that the above-captioned action shall be dismissed with prejudice, the parties to bear their own attorneys' fees and costs.
