STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND DEFENDANT WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.'S TIME TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT

It is hereby stipulated by and between Plaintiff Timothy Johnson ("Mr. Johnson"), through his attorneys, Knepper & Clark LLC, and Defendant Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ("Wells Fargo"), through its attorneys, the law firm of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., as follows:

Mr. Johnson filed his Complaint on August 2, 2016 (Docket #1). Wells Fargo was served on or about September 15, 2016. The deadline for Wells Fargo to respond to the Complaint is currently on or about October 6, 2016. In the interest of conserving client and judicial resources, Defendant requests an extension and Plaintiff does not oppose said request. Mr. Johnson and Wells Fargo stipulate and agree that Wells Fargo shall have until November 4, 2016, in which to file its responsive pleading. This is the parties' first request for an extension of time to respond to the Complaint and is not intended to cause any delay or prejudice to any party, but is intended so the parties may discuss settlement.

ORDER

IT IS ORDERED THAT Wells Fargo's time to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint shall be extended to on or before November 4, 2016.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
