Pending before the Court is a motion to withdraw as Plaintiff's attorney. Docket No. 40. The Court hereby SETS a hearing on the motion for 9:00 a.m. on October 24, 2016 in Courtroom 3C. Any response to the motion to withdraw shall be filed no later than October 10, 2016. Plaintiff's current counsel and a corporate representative of Plaintiff shall appear at the hearing in person.
